Our mini lavash is the perfect size for this folding egg sandwich. For an easy and delicious low-carb breakfast, just layer an egg, cheese and meat!
Ingredients
1 mini lavash whole grain and flax
1 egg
1 sheet of cheddar cheese
3 slices of ham or turkey chopped bistro
Recipe
Place the pan that you have slightly greased over a medium heat until the eggs cook until the whites are opaque.
Add the cheese and meat on half the lavash.
Pour the cooked egg over it and fold it to enjoy.
